Jack G. Hittle concentrates his practice in probate, estate planning, commercial and real estate litigation. Mr. Hittle also serves as counsel for Noblesville Schools, Westfield Washington Schools and Sheridan Community Schools.

Mr. Hittle was born in Indianapolis, Indiana. He received his undergraduate degree from Butler University in 1970, majoring in English. He graduated from Indiana University School of Law at Indianapolis in 1973. While in law school, he served on the Moot Court Board, and as an associate editor of the Indiana Law Review.

Mr. Hittle joined the firm as a law clerk in 1972, became an associate in 1973 and became a partner with the firm in 1975.

Mr. Hittle is a past president of the Hamilton County Bar Association. He is a former chairman of the Probate Trust & Real Property Section of the Indiana State Bar Association for 19951996. Mr. Hittle is also a fellow of the American College of Trust & Estate Council. Mr. Hittle also presently serves on the Board of Visitors of the College of Education at Butler University.

Mr. Hittle has served as a member of the Board of Governors of the Legacy Fund, a Hamilton County community foundation. He speaks at Continuing Legal Education seminars in the fields of probate and school law, as well as to local civic groups on various topics of public interest. He was a member of the board of the Indiana Bar Foundation from 20012008, serving as president in 2006. He served on the Board of Governors for the Indiana Bar Association from 19982000.

Mr. Hittle is a past president of the Hamilton County Theatre Guild, Inc., which operates the Belfry Theatre in Noblesville. He is also a past president of the Sunrisers Kiwanis Club of Noblesville. He enjoys tennis, swimming, and biking and playing the French horn with the Lapel Community Band and the orchestra of the First United Methodist Church of Noblesville. He also serves on the board of the Anderson Symphony Orchestra.
