Attorney Profiles

Jennifer C. Hughes concentrates her practice on family law, estate planning and probate law. She is a member of the Indiana Bar Association and the Indianapolis Bar Association. She is admitted to practice before the United States District Court for both the Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana. Mrs. Hughes is a member of the Indiana and Indianapolis Bar Associations.

Jennifer grew up in Eaton, Ohio, graduating from Eaton High School in 1998. She graduated from Indiana University in 2002 with a B.A. in Criminal Justice and Political Science and a minor in Psychology. While at IU, she was a member of Phi Eta Sigma, the Panhellenic Board, and Zeta Tau Alpha.

Jennifer graduated from De Paul University College of Law, Chicago with a J.D. in 2005. While at De Paul, Jennifer received a Certificate in Family Law, was a member of the Public Interest Law Association and was selected to receive a PILA grant for the completion of legal services as a 711 student-attorney at Chicago Volunteer Legal Services.

Jennifer resides in Broad Ripple with her husband Mason, who is a Regional Sales Manager for Wells Fargo Funds Management. Jennifer participates in USTA-Indianapolis League Tennis and enjoys spending time with her dog, George.
