About Sam

Sam is a partner in the firm’s Litigation Practice Section. He concentrates his practice in the areas of medical malpractice, personal injury, and criminal defense. He is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of Indiana, the United States District Court for both Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana and the United States Court of Federal Claims. Sam is a member of the Indiana State Bar and the Indiana Trial Lawyers Association. Sam is also an alumnus of the Hamilton County Leadership Academy graduating in the 2008 class and an alumnus of the Indiana State Bar Leadership Development Academy, 2013. Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings has rated Sam the AV preeminent attorney rating.

Sam grew up in Muncie, Indiana, graduating from Cowan High School in 1992. In 1996, Sam graduated Asbury University in Wilmore, Kentucky with a B.A. in a Chemistry/Biology combined major. Immediately following his graduation from college, Sam worked as a bench chemist in the research and development department at Lexmark, Inc. in Lexington, Kentucky. Sam followed in the footsteps of his father, Robert E. Robinson, by enrolling into the Indiana School of Law – Indianapolis. He graduated with a J.D. degree in May of 2000. Since 2006, Sam proudly serves as an attorney advisor to the Hamilton Southeastern Mock Trial Team.

Additionally, Sam serves as a board member for Noblesville Park Foundation.
