About Mike

Mike has been a lawyer with the law firm of Church Church Hittle + Antrim since his admission to the bar in 1975. He became a partner in 1977 and practices with the firm’s Litigation Section. Mike advises clients on a variety of matters, including personal injury, traumatic brain injury and spinal cord injury; real estate and eminent domain, and general civil litigation matters. Mike serves as the President of the Indianapolis Law Club.

He received his undergraduate degree from Indiana University in 1972 (with Distinction), and his law degree from Indiana University in 1975, where he was an editor for the Indiana Law Review. He is a member of the Indiana State Bar Association and an Emeritus Director of the Board of Directors of the Indiana Trial Lawyers Association. Mike has an “AV Preeminent” rating from Martindale-Hubbell, the highest possible rating in both legal ability and ethical standards, reflecting the confidential opinions of judges and fellow attorneys.

Mike has written numerous articles on issues relating to traumatic brain injury and has given invited lectures and presentations to lawyers, doctors, neuropsychologists, therapists and other professionals.

When away from the office, Mike enjoys spending time with his children and grandchildren and plays at the game of golf.
